Hilary Glegg
Hilary works as an architectural designer for Cambridge University. She has three grown-up children who now live in Israel, where she herself lived for 20 years. In her spare time Hilary likes to read a lot of contemporary literature and to keep fit.
Carol and Brian Prior
Carol and Brian are now retired. Brian worked as an ambulance driver and Carol ran a driving school for several years. Brian's main hobby now is model aircraft making. Carol's hobbies include carpet bowls, yoga and ballroom dancing.
Maria Sinclair
Maria works part time for a medical company in Cambridge. She enjoys gardening and walking her two dogs, as well as cooking and listening to music. She has hosted students for many years and often finds it very hard to say goodbye when it's time for them to leave! She has two grown-up sons.
Denise Boswell
Denise runs a 'private homestay' as there are more than three student rooms available. Her husband works as an estate agent and they have two children, Harriet and Richard. They live in a large, well-decorated house that has a beautiful, secluded garden.
